Opening of Tecleor – the first center for biosafety in Russia

The Center for development and implementation of technology for food processing with accelerated electrons by Tecleor was officially opened on September 15. The opening ceremony was attended by Governor of the Kaluga region Anatoly Artamonov, project manager and CEO of LLC Tecleor Sergey Budnik, LLC Tecleor investor and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Institutional Engineering Laboratory Artur Pakhomov, founder of Tekleor LLC,

 technology developer Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry, Professor Vladislav Trofimov, and founder, Doctor of Philosophy in Physics and Mathematics, Honored Professor of MIPT Abrosimov Vyacheslav Mikhailovich.

Artur Nikolaevich thanked the project manager Sergey Budnik, congratulated him and wished him success in Tecleor development: «First of all, I would like to say that this project has one important feature. It was implemented as a project of transforming investment, impact investing. […] Innovation technologies and deep scientific study, business approach at all stages of the life cycle of the project and impact investing approaches implemented in practice with the help of Sergey Borisovich Chernyshev and the IPE Laboratory secured our today meeting […] We tested these approaches in practice with Tecleor and are ready to provide access to a wide market of technological and entrepreneurial startups to them. The Scientific Board and the experts of the IPE Laboratory ensure the technological development of impact investing processes as accessible services and are ready to cooperate in this field with all interested structures and institutions.»

Artur Nikolaevich also expressed gratitude to Professors Abrosimov, Timofeyev, Molin, Fesenin and other specialists who contributed to the Tecleor creation.
